Type 10 Air Pressure Regulator

Description: Type10The Marsh Bellofram Type 10 is a high-precision air regulator, designed to control output pressure with an accuracy of 0.1%, with very low sensitivity to changes in supply pressure, ambient temperature and flow.

The result is a precise, crisply responding regulator that can achieve very large forward and exhaust flows. The Type 110 was developed specifically for use with Air Balancing Systems or Zero-Gravity Arms.

Type 51

Description: Type 51 photoThe Bellofram Type 51 Precision Air Regulator series offers a high-performance regulator in a compact, low cost package. It operates in output pressure ranges up to 100 psig / 6.9 BAR (120 psig / 8.3 BAR in T-51FR Corrosive Tec & T51FRWT), with a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi (17.3 BAR). .

Type 51SS

Special construction features include 316 stainless steel for the housing and filter assemblies, with fluorocarbon elastomers used for the control diaphragm and the supply valve. Type 60 & Type 65

The Type 60 is a pre-set, fixed-pressure unit with a dripwell. The Type 65 is similar to the Type 60, but without a dripwell. Type 70 High-Flow Air Pressure Regulator

Description: Type 70 photoThe Marsh Bellofram Type 70 air pressure regulator is expressly designed for applications requiring substantial flow capacity of up to 80 SCFM (2250 LPM) and accurate pressure controls. Downstream pressure can be set within 0.25 in. (6.3mm) of water column and is accurately maintained under varying conditions via an aspirator tube which adjusts air supply in accordance with flow velocity.

Type 70 BP

Description: Type 70BPThe Marsh Bellofram Type 70BP back pressure air regulator is a high-flow, high-precision pneumatic relief valve with adjustable set point. It is expressly designed for applications requiring high flow capacity of up to 50 SCFM (1400 LPM) and accurate pressure controls. It may be used in place of a standard relief valve to improve pressure control while maintaining protection against over-pressurization of supply pressure lines to instruments and other control devices.

Type 77

Description: Type 77 PhotoBellofram’s Type 77 Vacuum Regulator incorporates a fixed negative 15 psig bias spring to maintain vacuum outputs up to 29" Hg. An adjustable opposing range spring increases controlled pressure outputs up to 150 psig. A balanced supply valve, utilizing a reinforced rolling diaphragm, keeps regulator output virtually immune to changes in supply pressure.

Type 78 Direct Acting Air Pressure Regulator

Description: Type 78 PhotoThe Marsh Bellofram Type 78 is a direct-acting, high-performance air pressure regulator, designed to offer high-accuracy, large flow and exhaust capabilities within OEM and industrial applications. Available in five different pressure output ranges to 125 psig (8.6 BAR), this precision regulator offers low droop, high accuracy and fine adjustment sensitivity with maximum supply pressure rated at 400 psig (27.6 BAR) and achievable flow rates of well over 200 SCFM.

Miniature Regulators

Description: M1 & M2 PhotoWith the new Type 92, Marsh Bellofram has created a subminiature regulator with a true rolling diaphragm design. Designed for applications with limited space and for low flow or dead end service.

The Type M1R Miniature Air Regulator is a compact, low cost regulator, which operates in output pressure ranges up to 120 psi, with a maximum supply pressure of 145 psig.

P627 Gas RegulatorThe Type P627 is a high-performance, spring loaded, direct operating high-flow gas regulator, designed to control both low- and high-output pressures within oil and gas applications. Regulators are offered with a powder-coated epoxy exterior finish, as well as with multi-position body and spring case configurations, with optional external pressure registration (P627M) and NACE construction.

R627

R627 Gas RegulatorThe Type R627 relief regulator features an internal valve that provides reliable protection against over pressurization, and in many cases, eliminates the need for an external relief valve. As output pressure builds above the start-to-discharge point, the relief seat disengages from the diaphragm and excess pressure is relieved through the bonnet vent port. As a result, output pressure reduces and returns to initial set point.

P630

P630 Gas RegulatorThe Type P630 is a spring loaded, direct-operated regulator for high pressure and high flow applications. A heavy duty construction incorporating stainless steel internal components and a powder-coated epoxy exterior finish makes it ideally suited for use within demanding oil and gas environments. All Marsh Bellofram BelGAS Type P630 steel regulators meet NACE MR0175 material requirements for corrosive (sour gas) environments.

P39 Gas RegulatorsThe Type P39 is the industry’s largest and most easily configurable gas pressure regulator. Units are offered with a choice of three different seat materials, allowing the designer to custom fit for individual applications. In addition, our broad selection of six different outlet pressure spring ranges allows for more precise regulation of downstream pressure for better process control. Piping designs can be simplified by using any one (or all) of the regulator’s three standard outlet ports.

P912 Gas RegulatorThe compact Type P912 pressure regulator functions as a general purpose pneumatic pressure controlling device with an adjustable set point. Because of its versatility, the Type P912 can be used across a wide variety of applications where accurate pressure regulation is required. The internal relief feature allows the regulator to respond quickly to relieve excess pressure upon demand.

P143 PhotoThe Type P143 pressure regulator is ideal for natural gas, air, propane and general purpose gas pressure regulation. Uses include commercial, residential and light industrial for burners and unit heaters. The P143 has an internal relief device and is available in the low pressure cut off – LPCO – version.
